Make your own herbal tea. It feels so wonderful and nurturing when you do it yourself, and it is so easy:
Buy some fresh mint and a ginger root at the store. Crush a few mint leaves in boiling water, add a slice or two of fresh ginger. Let steep for a minute, and drink – with or without honey – it’s a wonderful fresh tea that’s good for digestion and calms the nerves. And soothes the soul in the process of being made.
